Becoming A Retailer of ViVi Vitello Products
If you would like to become a wholesaler of ViVi Vitello products, please reach out to us to receive a retailer application. You can email us at heythere@ViViVitello.com or by phone 214.305.8892. In order to become a retailer of ViVI Vitello products, we may need establish that you have a physical storefront, which may include asking for store address, URL, a photo of the physical storefront and/or confirmation that you are eligible to resale products.
We will provide confirmation once approved as a retailer of ViVi Vitello products. We may from time to time, offer an additional discount for large orders. Any additional discounts will be at our sole discretion.
Wholesale Discount Prices
Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or web site. Please provide a copy of your resale license, or State tax ID to verify eligibility.
Suggested retail prices are 100% markup of wholesale pricing. If you purchase an item at wholesale for $1, then the suggested retail pricing is $2 or 100% markup.
Placing Orders
Your order for products is confirmed once you submit your order to heythere@ViViVitello.com and include the following information: the product name, quantity you wish to order, color (if applicable), retailer name, shipping destination, and date in which the products are required. Within 48 hours we will confirm acceptance of the order or notify you of any changes or unavailable items.
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order requirement of $125.00 plus shipping. Many items come in a case quantity which is 4 units, but please reference the line sheet for specific details per item.
Lead Time
Typically we ship orders within 4 - 7 business days. During a busy holiday season, it may take up to 10 business days but this is unusual. If you have a rush order please let us know and we will exert extra effort to try to get your order out sooner.
Out of Stock
We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. When an out of stock situation occurs, we will either hold your order if we expect to have back in stock within a few days, or we will send your order without the items, and send along the out-of-stock items once we have them.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via the most cost-effective provider which may include FedEx, UPS or USPS. We have found that USPS is typically the most economical. Please plan to provide a physical store address if address provided is PO Box to allow for service by FedEx or UPS. The shipping charges will be billed back to client along with a $2.00 box fee.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
You must notify our office of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will not be liable for any issues arising from shipping or damage covered under the package carrier's insurance provided. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacement product at no charge. ViVi Vitello accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
Returns
Our goods are guaranteed to satisfy the customer’s sales expectations. In the event that the customer is unhappy with the ViVi Vitello products received, they may return items. Any products returned to ViVi Vitello must be in sellable condition and within 7 days of receiving products. Once received, we will provide a credit back on clients account.
Payment
Payment is required upon order. After 6 consecutive orders, client may apply for Net30 terms. Please reach out if this is of interest and we can provide an application. We accept credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. Banking information to pay via ACH can be provided upon request.
Taxes
ViVi Vitello does not charge sales tax on wholesale orders. All tax responsibilities are on the retailer. As the retailer, your business will tax the customer for each item at the time of purchase and you, the retailer, agree to pay all taxes of every description; federal, state, and municipal. ViVi Vitello requires a copy of the resellers license and will not sell wholesale (without tax) to anyone without a copy of this documentation.

Exclusivity
We do not offer exclusivity of the VIVi Vitello brand at this time in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other, or offer them a different product mix. We do not exercise control over retail prices except to the extent that we only offer deeper discounts to high volume customers that follow our suggested retail prices.
Private Labeling
We offer private label products, please reach out to heythere@ViViVitello.com if interested in custom charms and packaging.
Feedback
We thrive on customer feedback. Customer observations, ideas and suggestions are where many of our products originated. We encourage you to point out areas that we can improve and love to receive complements!
Liability
Where any of our products are purchased by you with a view of selling them on to any third party, such as other businesses, for internal use, or consumers for personal use, Our contract is strictly with you and We are in no circumstances liable or responsible to the end customer (whether directly or indirectly) in respect of any of Our Products or otherwise.
